I want to report a serious concern with Homes Associates Enterprises's device that I purchased on April 20, 2025 from your South Ayden, New York store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Fannie Z., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Homes Associates Enterprises to make this right by adjust my account balance.
