I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Med Professionals Osaka Inc.'s pharmacy. On December 3, 2024, I received orthopedic support with instructions that was overcharged for basic service. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Tremaine G. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I hope Med Professionals Osaka Inc. will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.
