Frustrated with The Study Learning's lack of response

On December 10, 2024, I signed up for The Study Learning's maintenance plan at their New Thaddeus, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $547.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leslie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope The Study Learning will address this issue by deliver the missing items.
