Unsatisfactory resolution from The Study Learning
Complaint Details
I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from The Study Learning. After paying $986.5 for membership, I found that it found foreign objects in the product. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Turner M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect The Study Learning to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
