Misleading product description on Depot & Nation website
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Depot & Nation on February 7, 2025 for several items including gift card (order #ORD-5883-XTG-8025). The order was charged to my account ($773.63), but found security vulnerabilities. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Alphonso M., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am asking Depot & Nation to make this right by fix the security vulnerability.

May 12, 2025 06:09After my initial complaint, Depot & Nation contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
