I ordered home decor from Depot & Nation's website on April 9, 2025 (order #ORD-2840-UBW-3550). When the package arrived, received conflicting information from representatives. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Janiya B. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am asking Depot & Nation to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

The situation with Depot & Nation has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-1B2BAE9E multiple times.
