I ordered gift card from Depot & Nation's website on January 21, 2025 (order #ORD-7186-XXU-7904). When the package arrived, received conflicting information from representatives. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Kavon S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Depot & Nation to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.
