I am writing regarding order #ORD-6648-EPD-3971 placed with Academic Academy on April 23, 2025. I paid $35.83 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Julianne G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Academic Academy will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Academic Academy still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
