I purchased a package from Academic Academy on May 17, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Daphne G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Academic Academy to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
