Complaint Details
After subscribing to CloudChip Networks Group's system integration on November 27, 2024, I've experienced constant is missing essential components. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0163-POZ-7643) and spent hours on calls with Mose N. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that CloudChip Networks Group upgrade my service at no additional cost as soon as possible.
