I purchased a smart speaker from CloudChip Networks Group on April 26, 2025 for $62.8. After only received incorrect information, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Gay M. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, CloudChip Networks Group is refusing to replace or repair it. I am requesting that CloudChip Networks Group adjust my account balance as soon as possible.
