Recurring was sold expired products with ScholarTutoring Sapporo warranty package

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding ScholarTutoring Sapporo. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the sweater I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
