On December 11, 2024, I received prescription medication with instructions that was charged incorrectly. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Jarret T. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Physicians Institute Holdings to make this right by improve their customer service training.
