Damaged merchandise from Finds Hub
Complaint Details
I ordered toy from Finds Hub's website on May 22, 2025 (order #ORD-2671-OQQ-8010). When the package arrived, experienced website errors. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Janiya F. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Finds Hub will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
