Gift card issues with Finds Hub

On November 29, 2024, I purchased clothing item from Finds Hub's Port Asaville, Wyoming store for $499.23. The item was advertised as return service, but when I got home, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Finds Hub to make this right by issue a formal apology.
