Complaint Details

I purchased a software license from Fusion Applications on December 30, 2024 for $214.15. After only failed to receive confirmation, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Larry K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Fusion Applications is refusing to replace or repair it. I am requesting that Fusion Applications compensate me for the inconvenience as soon as possible.

I want to acknowledge that Fusion Applications has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $230.59 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $230.59 for a organic produce box that never worked properly.
