Software glitches with Fusion Applications tablet

I purchased a tablet from Fusion Applications on March 22, 2025 for $850.37. After only had repeated billing errors, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Claire S. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Fusion Applications is refusing to replace or repair it. I am asking Fusion Applications to make this right by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
