Refund refused by Just Counsel Chambers
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-8035-FCU-9339 placed with Just Counsel Chambers on March 25, 2025. I paid $396.57 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mckayla G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Just Counsel Chambers train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

May 04, 2025 05:52After speaking with Sarah Taylor from the Customer Retention at Just Counsel Chambers, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
