After subscribing to CloudWave Technologies Busan's tech support on March 16, 2025, I've experienced constant had my personal information compromised. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-3571-KOI-0303) and spent hours on calls with Otilia H. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that CloudWave Technologies Busan resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $366.36 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
