Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Development Associates's system that I purchased on March 10, 2025 from your Port Felicity, Missouri store. The product has found foreign objects in the product despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Westley T., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Development Associates to take responsibility and update their return policy.

I'm updating my complaint because Development Associates finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the mattress, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
