I am writing regarding order #ORD-3042-MNC-6061 placed with Development Associates on January 8, 2025. I paid $25.98 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered received poor customer service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Catharine J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Development Associates to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Development Associates has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
