I am writing regarding order #ORD-1802-LDS-7701 placed with Development Associates on January 5, 2025. I paid $627.77 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madalyn K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Development Associates offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
