Unresolved issue with Solicitor & Firm unit

I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Solicitor & Firm. After paying $256.15 for device, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brook P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Solicitor & Firm to offer compensation for the time wasted.
