Poor customer service experience with Design Partners
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-6572-RFZ-9725 placed with Design Partners on May 17, 2025. I paid $618.24 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Crawford S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Design Partners to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.

May 23, 2025 05:52Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $97.23 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
