Misleading product description on True Outlet website

I ordered furniture from True Outlet's website on March 16, 2025 (order #ORD-9402-GMW-4930). When the package arrived, experienced long delays. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Charlotte S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am asking True Outlet to make this right by deliver the missing items.

May 03, 2025 05:42Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $243.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
