Poor quality clothing item from True Outlet

I ordered luggage from True Outlet's website on January 4, 2025 (order #ORD-5952-MTQ-4809). When the package arrived, found foreign objects in the product. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Milo W. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope True Outlet will address this issue by provide the promised service.
