I ordered shoes from True Supply Enterprises's website on January 1, 2025 (order #ORD-2602-KPH-1796). When the package arrived, received the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Billie F. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that True Supply Enterprises replace the defective product as soon as possible.

It's now been 3 days since my initial complaint, and True Supply Enterprises still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
