I ordered shoes from True Supply Enterprises's website on January 1, 2025 (order #ORD-2602-KPH-1796). When the package arrived, received the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Billie F. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that True Supply Enterprises replace the defective product as soon as possible.
