Poor quality luggage from True Supply Enterprises

I placed an order with True Supply Enterprises on December 26, 2024 for several items including bedding set (order #ORD-4491-JRJ-4876). The order was charged to my account ($871.45), but had allergic reaction not warned about. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Laverne O., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope True Supply Enterprises will address this issue by replace the defective product.

May 19, 2025 05:40Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $379.58 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
