Overcharged by United-Development for support line
Complaint Details
On February 14, 2025, I signed up for United-Development's warranty service at their Lake Favian, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $646.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mitchel S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking United-Development to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.

May 21, 2025 05:30I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The catering service from United-Development not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
