On January 25, 2025, I signed up for Properties Management's membership program at their Hegmannside, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $475.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shania V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Properties Management to honor the advertised price.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $112.59 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
