I purchased a item from Properties Management on April 25, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Agustina R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Properties Management to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

I appreciate Properties Management reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement vacuum cleaner has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
