Unresolved issue with Properties Management service plan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1502-LGO-0326 placed with Properties Management on January 6, 2025. I paid $500.13 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abby F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Properties Management to honor the warranty.

May 13, 2025 05:12I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Properties Management not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
