I am writing regarding order #ORD-1462-KSR-7787 placed with Elite Alliance on March 25, 2025. I paid $873.66 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gennaro S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Elite Alliance replace the defective product as soon as possible.
