Billing dispute with Elite Alliance

I purchased a equipment from Elite Alliance on May 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Savannah B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Elite Alliance to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

Apr 30, 2025 06:06Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $240.27 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
