I have been a loyal customer of Elite Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7890-YSD-2669) on March 2, 2025, and have encountered was billed multiple times. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Elite Alliance to fix their misleading advertising.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Elite Alliance. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the blender I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
