I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Med Practice Ltd.'s pharmacy. On January 31, 2025, I received fitness equipment with instructions that had repeated billing errors. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Cecilia E. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Med Practice Ltd. to make this right by compensate me for the inconvenience.
