I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Structures & Sons's subscription that I purchased on February 6, 2025 from your West Reyna, South Dakota store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alessandro S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Dynamic Structures & Sons honor the advertised price as soon as possible.
