Complaint Details

After subscribing to Tech-Core's data backup on February 10, 2025, I've experienced constant was denied a refund. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-4639-IIF-5423) and spent hours on calls with Kirsten S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like Tech-Core to reimburse me for additional expenses.

I appreciate Tech-Core reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement restaurant order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
