Software glitches with Tech-Core smartphone

I purchased a desktop computer from Tech-Core on April 12, 2025 for $629.26. After only doesn't work as advertised, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Marcia S. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Tech-Core is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like Tech-Core to offer compensation for the time wasted.
