I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Tech-Core's printer. After the update on February 14, 2025, I discovered stopped working after two weeks that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Electa H., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I expect Tech-Core to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.

After my initial complaint, Tech-Core contacted me to troubleshoot the catering service. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
