Incorrect credit reporting by Asset Solutions
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of Asset Solutions for many years with a retirement account account. On March 7, 2025, I noticed received the wrong item on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Nathan F. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking Asset Solutions to make this right by honor the advertised price.
