Delayed delivery from Wealth of Pinnacle

I have been a loyal customer of Wealth of Pinnacle for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2942-YPK-9110) on May 29, 1990, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 25, 2025 05:20After my initial complaint, Wealth of Pinnacle contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
