Loan application improperly handled by Asset Solutions
Complaint Details
I applied for a retirement account with Asset Solutions on March 8, 2025 and was assured by Bud S. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after received incorrect information, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like Asset Solutions to train their staff to be more professional.

Apr 28, 2025 05:13I want to acknowledge that Asset Solutions has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $440.75 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $440.75 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
