I am writing regarding order #ORD-6901-VAQ-1089 placed with Golden Retreat & International on January 1, 2025. I paid $478.86 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emma H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Golden Retreat & International to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.
