Billing dispute with Classic Suites

I purchased a system from Classic Suites on February 21, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elias J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
