I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Golden Retreat & International. After paying $572.13 for item, I found that it was charged incorrectly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Olin L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Golden Retreat & International adjust my account balance as soon as possible.

May 21, 2025 05:18Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $493.36 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
