Refund refused by Golden Retreat & International
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Golden Retreat & International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2051-XRP-3639) on December 11, 2024, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Golden Retreat & International update their return policy as soon as possible.

May 02, 2025 05:21After my initial complaint, Golden Retreat & International contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
