I've been a customer of Wealth of Heritage for many years with a retirement account account. On December 26, 2024, I noticed received poor customer service on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Lilian D. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I would like Wealth of Heritage to correct my personal information.
