Complaint Details

I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $44.55 on my First & Services Inc. account on December 6, 2024. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Eddie J. who opened case #ORD-9678-NAC-3095. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am requesting that First & Services Inc. fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from First & Services Inc. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
