I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $209.78 on my First & Services Inc. account on January 27, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Lavina C. who opened case #ORD-7144-WBA-2030. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I hope First & Services Inc. will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.

Apr 26, 2025 05:44I want to acknowledge that First & Services Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $154.32 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $154.32 for a smartphone that never worked properly.
